Gina is a superb agent. She constantly kept me current to every step through the selling process of my condo in Hawaii Kai. When problems occurred, she made sure the problem was resolved properly and to my best interest. Problems she handled professionally included a sudden appearance of mold, and a request by above neighbor to open a section of wall in my apartment in order to replace the neighbor's pipe. The problem was resolved to both mine and my neighbors satisfaction. The highlight of Gina's talent was her staging of my condo - presenting an attractive and homey feel for the apartment. I am convinced that it was Gina's presentation of my condo which produced an offer within the first few days of the property being listed - an offer considerably greater than the listing price.
