About Me
Originally from Massachusetts, the surf and warm weather brought my husband and I to this wonderful, friendly place in 1988. We now have two wonderful children and enjoy raising them in this diverse, cultural atmosphere. We cannot imagine living anywhere else!
Having been involved in residential real estate in Hawaii for over 20 years, I understand our diverse neighborhoods, cultures and unique market. Throughout those years I have not only assisted others in marketing and negotiating real estate but I have personally built, renovated, and sold many of my own properties. This has given me the competitive edge in marketing a property for sale, along with an extensive knowledge in both investing and building.
Also a local artist, my art education background gives me the knowledge and expertise in
"staging" and preparing your home for sale.
A professional, I have the experience, patience and empathy to counsel you throughout the emotional
roller coaster of buying or selling a home.
An advocate for community involvement - my motto: "Get involved or don't complain!"
